“Our herd of pedigree English Longhorn cattle are raised and grazed on our family farm on the slopes of May Hill. Our cattle are grass fed and graze on traditional pastures. They are not pushed and mature at their own rate resulting in deeply marbled and distinctively flavoured beef.”.

“Like our beef, our lambs graze pastures around May Hill year round. Being 100% grass fed they mature at their own rate meaning that they are rarely available to buy before they are at least 12 months of age and are therefore sold as hogget rather than lamb (a hogget is aged between 12 and 24 months, as opposed to a lamb being under 12 months). By not pushing our lambs they mature slower resulting in a deep rich flavour.”
