Loose Leaf Tea
Traditional English Breakfast Tea
Full flavoured, quick colouring CTC tea. Small leaves, infuse quickly and this is many people’s tea at home or builders tea equivalent. This will brew well and re-steep at 10g per litre quite happily. It may go without saying that this works well with milk. This is literally equal parts of Kenya , Sri Lankan, and Assam.
Earl Grey
Potent and citrusy. Bergamot oil with bold leaf China Black and Ceylon BOP.
House blend
James’ unique combination of Nuwara Eliya, Assam Broken Orange Pekoe and fabulous China Yunnan. All together a sweet, chocolaty, balanced and really tasty tea. Good with milk, or drink black with less tea, a shorter steep and a cooler temperature.

Peony White
Crafted from undamaged whole leaves so that the leaf cells are not ruptured, capturing in all the goodness. The liquor is very delicate and smooth with a hint of sweetness that lingers.
Brewing Recommendation: 9g per litre. Fresh post-boiled water at 80/90 Deg C. Steep for 3 minutes.
Pearl Black
Black tea: Tightly rolled large buckshot sized pellets (The black tea that doesn’t need milk) ~ Sweet, rounded, fresh mineral-rich flavour with a fruity finish.
Brewing recommendation: 2g of leaf per serving, 95 C, steep up to 5 minutes.
James brews this at 10g per litre, 95C for 3 minutes and 30 seconds on the first steep.
Second steep, (re-using the same tea) 4 minutes.
Third steep, it's still sweet but milder (strangely!!) 4.5 to -5 minutes.
Dewdrop Green Tea
Green tea: Fine leaf crafted into tight balls with a bright sheen. A full-bodied liquor. Sweet, deep, and delightfully clean.
Brewing recommendation 9-10g per litre. Water at 90 Deg C. Steep for 3 minutes.
