Made from apples grown in Clifford’s Mesne, in a small home orchard.
We are pleased to present “BATCH 1”, 2025’s very limited edition sparkling medium sweet cider.
Our Bramley apples are unsprayed and hand picked by us.
The juice is hand pressed, fermented, pasteurised and bottled at a small, family run press locally.
Our cider is unfiltered and sulphite free.
Other than the apple juice, the only other ingredient is a little sugar added to bring balance.
Batch 1 - 80 individually numbered 750ml bottles.
