Made from apples grown in Clifford’s Mesne, in a small home orchard.

We are pleased to present “BATCH 1”, 2025’s very limited edition sparkling medium sweet cider. 

  • Our Bramley apples are unsprayed and hand picked by us.

  • The juice is hand pressed, fermented, pasteurised and bottled at a small, family run press locally.

  • Our cider is unfiltered and sulphite free.

  • Other than the apple juice, the only other ingredient is a little sugar added to bring balance.   

Batch 1 - 80 individually numbered 750ml bottles.
