New Look Hub!

If you regularly shop at the Hub then you'll know all about our new set up and Friday Pop Up Shop! If you've not ordered for a while (we'd love to see you back!) or if you're new to us do pop by to find out more - the more purposeful space feels much more welcoming.

We are still trying to refine what you might want to purchase on Fridays - so do let us know - it's trial and error at the moment, but we look to have some fresh Drapers bread, Cotteswold milk, cheese, Llaeth y Llan plain yoghurt, Over Farm olives, hummus and Netherend butter; in addition we will always have store cupboard items such as curry pastes, hot chilli pesto, kitchen roll, tea bags, caster sugar, chocolate, Dave & Gillian's delicious preserves, Niki's gorgeous May Hill Honey, James coffee beans, Bentley's Apple Juices, UK Loose Leaf Tea Company Teas and May Hill cards & gift items too.

Our new set up was made possible due to a grant from the council's 'Build Back Better' Fund which has been spent on fridges, a "shop" cupboard and improved lighting. We were also grateful to receive a donation from the May Hill Christmas Market which enabled us to upgrade the card machine and invest in a snazzy bar code reader to make it easier for our Friday volunteers to take shop payments.

NEW! LATE NIGHT OPENING! Once a month we will be offering late night opening to coincide with the popular May Hill Pop Up Pub, allowing for shop purchases as well as later collection of pre-paid orders until 8pm.

The May Hill Picture House is back! March 18th.

Tickets can be purchased via the Hub website. Please note these are virtual tickets (i.e no need to collect physical tickets). Your name goes on a list for the organisers, so no worries if you forget to bring your ticket.

Creative Workshops

Upcoming sessions (March to July) are now bookable on the website.

As well as the original list new dates have been added to include sessions with Newent's Von Feathers (watercolour painting, acrylic painting and pastels) & needle felting with Huntley's Agnese Davies:

Many thanks to everyone who completed our December survey which, as expected, has given us valuable feedback to inform us going forward.

If you’d like to place an order at the Hub or find out more about our creative workshops and The May Hill Picture House then just pop over to the website.
